Mob Toggle Plugin

A mob toggle plugin where a player can use /mob for example to enable and disable mob spawns per player within a configurable radius.
Additionally, it would be nice if there was an option where there’s a permission node so players can’t interfere with other player’s mob spawns. For example, teleporting to a team mate and despawning their zombie villagers.
